450sr Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using 450sr's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
These terms apply to all users of the 450sr platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 450sr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to discontinue use of this platform.
Use of the 450sr platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher legal age limit applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law
- Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party
450sr reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to temporarily suspend accounts during the verification process.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Maintenance
Each user is permitted to register one account only at 450sr. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, an active mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these terms.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 450sr will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation. Use a strong, unique password and never share your login details with anyone.
3. Platform Usage Rules
450sr users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or use automated software (bots) is strictly prohibited.
The 450sr platform must not be used for any money laundering activities or to fund unlawful activities. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your account with another individual or allowing someone else to use it is a violation of these terms.
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through illegitimate means — including creating multiple accounts or coordinating with other users — will result in bonus forfeiture and action being taken against the account.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 450sr platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and that the source of those funds is legally legitimate.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed by the payment provider. 450sr is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems, including banks and digital wallet providers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for your original deposit, within the stipulated timeframe. 450sr reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawals that cannot be completed within a set period due to incomplete information may be returned to your account balance.
5. Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
450sr Liability Limits
450sr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical delays or system errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantee that services will be available without interruption at all times. In any event, 450sr's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
450sr reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions; fraud or suspected fraudulent activity; requests from relevant authorities; or where a user is found to have provided false information during registration. In cases of suspension for legitimate reasons, the account balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 450sr platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is the intellectual property of 450sr or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 450sr.
Third-Party Links
The 450sr platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. You access any such websites entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
450sr reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes shall be resolved through the designated channels.
